Privacy policy.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

This policy is provisional and will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version before YoungYou’s public launch. Substantive practices described here will not change; the language will be tightened.

1. Who we are

YoungYou (“we”, “us”) operates youngyou.com, a directory and lead-routing service connecting consumers with aesthetic, longevity, and related healthcare providers. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

When you use the site, we collect:

  • Information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, ZIP code, treatment interest, quiz responses, and any messages or notes you submit through forms.
  • Consent records: when you opt in to SMS or marketing email, we record the exact text you agreed to, the timestamp, and your IP address.
  • Automatic information: standard web logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, pages viewed) and analytics events via PostHog and Google Analytics 4. Marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads) only fire after you accept cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To route your inquiry to the provider(s) you selected or that match your stated needs.
  • To send the transactional confirmation email and, if you opted in, our newsletter.
  • To send SMS notifications related to your inquiry, if you opted in.
  • To improve the service through aggregated analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. SMS and text messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS, the phone number you provide is used only to send messages related to your inquiry and any newsletter / promotional content you specifically opted in to. We do not share, sell, or rent phone numbers to third parties for their own marketing.

You can stop SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Frequency varies based on your activity.

5. Sharing with providers and partners

When you submit a lead form for a specific treatment or provider, the information you provide (name, contact, treatment interest, location) is shared with the provider you selected so they can follow up. We may receive compensation when a lead is forwarded; see our terms for more on that relationship.

We use the following service providers to operate the site, each of which processes data only on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Sanity (content management), Resend (transactional email), Twilio (SMS), CallRail (call tracking), Beehiiv (newsletter), PostHog (analytics).

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a cookie consent banner on first visit (EU/CA users). Marketing pixels (Meta, Google Ads) only load after consent is granted. Analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics 4) load with anonymized identifiers regardless of consent state, in line with current best practice for first-party analytics. You can opt out of analytics via the consent banner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@youngyou.com. We will respond within 45 days.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be flagged via email to subscribers or a banner on the site.
