Terms.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

These terms are provisional and will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version before YoungYou’s public launch. The SMS-program section is written to comply with carrier and CTIA requirements.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using YoungYou (“the service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What the service does

YoungYou is a directory and lead-routing service connecting consumers with aesthetic, longevity, and related healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; we connect you with licensed providers who do.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the service. Some treatments referenced have additional age requirements set by providers; that is between you and the provider.

4. SMS program

YoungYou operates an SMS notification program (the “Program”) for users who opt in.

  • Program name: YoungYou Notifications.
  • Description: SMS messages related to inquiries you submit on youngyou.com, including confirmations and provider follow-up. If you separately opt in to promotional content, that is delivered via a different stream.
  • Frequency:variable, based on your activity. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Standard messaging rates apply for both inbound and outbound messages.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed; no further messages will be sent.
  • For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@youngyou.com.
  • Carrier disclaimer: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Phone numbers collected via the SMS program are not shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Lead-gen relationship and disclosure

YoungYou earns revenue when we route a qualified lead to a provider listed in our directory. Compensation may be a flat per-lead fee, a monthly listing fee, or both. This compensation does not change the order in which providers appear in directory listings; provider placement is editorially determined and disclosed in our editorial standards.

Provider listings are not endorsements. Verification badges (Self-Listed, License Verified, Board Certified, Editor-Reviewed) reflect the level of verification we have performed and do not constitute medical or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any provider’s credentials and fit for your needs.

6. Medical disclaimer

Content on the service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about your health. Always read provider-supplied informed-consent materials before any treatment.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or contact information; submit inquiries on behalf of someone else without their consent; scrape or extract content for competitive purposes; interfere with the service; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the service, except provider-supplied materials and clearly attributed third-party content, is owned by YoungYou or licensed to us. You may view and read content for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoungYou disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. YoungYou is not liable for the acts, omissions, or treatment outcomes of any provider listed in our directory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoungYou’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring small-claims actions in their home jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email to subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
